Frequently asked questions
When do FBM orders ship?
Orders received before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 2pm ship the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
How long can my stock stay with you?
For as long as your orders run. The 2-month limit applies only to stock we store without fulfilling orders. Storage of FBM and e-commerce stock held for orders is as agreed in your quote.
Who buys the shipping labels?
You send us the shipping label for each order, or we buy it in your own account. Either way, you pay for the labels. We recommend Amazon Buy Shipping.
Which courier do you use?
We hand each parcel to the courier on its shipping label.
How much does Amazon FBM fulfilment cost?
We price this on quote, because it depends on your products. For an accurate quote, tell us:
- What you sell (product type)
- How many orders or units you expect each month
- Weight and size of one item
- Product type: standard, fragile, liquid, contains batteries, or oversized
- Packaging you need (polybag, bubble wrap or box)
